Bad Kötzting, 27 June 2025 - Erlebnis Akademie AG today presented its audited consolidated financial statements for the 2024 financial year, confirming the preliminary figures. Accordingly, the company achieved sales of 25.1 million euros and an operating result (EBIT) of 0.32 million euros. Compared to the previous year, this corresponds to sales growth of 5.5 %. The operating result improved significantly compared to the previous year's negative figure of -0.40 million euros.

Targeted marketing activities and new attractions - in particular the successful winter illuminations at selected locations - contributed significantly to this positive development. Despite unfavourable weather conditions at times, particularly in Europe, Erlebnis Akademie was able to increase visitor numbers over the course of the year, which is a clear sign of the company's operational performance.

‘Even if we have not yet fully achieved individual targets, we do not see this as a disadvantage, but rather as an indicator of further development potential,’ explains Christoph Blaß, CFO of Erlebnis Akademie AG. ‘Overall, we see the 2024 financial year as pointing the way forward and are already preparing exciting new projects for the coming years.’

In June 2025, Erlebnis Akademie AG launched five locations on the ‘Get-Your-Guide’ booking platform. Further locations and additional

platforms are to follow in the course of the year. These and other marketing and sales measures are intended to further increase frequency at the locations and boost customer demand. The company is also continuously driving forward its project pipeline. Several new and expansion projects are currently being planned or realised - including a bear enclosure in Krkonoše, Czech Republic, and a large slide in Laurentides, Canada. Further play and climbing elements are planned at various locations in cooperation with a new partner. The construction of a new treetop walk in Istria (Croatia), one of the most popular holiday destinations on the Adriatic, is being pushed forward with the Slovakian partner. The company is also working with an Irish partner on a new site in Northern Ireland, which is scheduled to open in 2027.

Against the backdrop of current and planned investments - including high ropes courses, animal enclosures and slides - Erlebnis Akademie AG also expects positive business development in the medium term. The company is forecasting consolidated sales of between EUR 25.6 million and EUR 27.9 million in 2025. EBIT at Group level is expected to be between EUR 0.8 million and EUR 2.6 million. eak also anticipates a further increase in turnover and profit beyond 2025. Growth should become even more dynamic in 2027 with the ramp-up of the planned new locations in Croatia and Northern Ireland. Actual implementation depends on approval processes and secured financing, among other things.

`The current financial year has been stable so far, with sales slightly above the previous year's level. At the same time, more weather-related closures and a later start to the season at the locations in Austria, France and Germany - among other things due to the deliberate postponement of the opening of the adventure forests to Easter - resulted in selective restrictions compared to the previous year," reports Bernd Bayerköhler, CEO of Erlebnis Akademie AG. ‘Now the important time of the summer holidays and thus our peak season is approaching, and we expect a good travel season in 2025.´
