The Neumühle
The Neumühle in Tünsdorf, about 5 km from the treetop walk, is an oasis of peace and relaxation. The rolling hills in which the hotel is set and its inviting meditation rooms promote peace, recreation and contemplation. There’s also a hotel library and a bookshop stocking contemporary literature. The Neumühle's rooms are simply but comfortably furnished. The hotel kitchen offers vegetarian, partly vegan cuisine with organic products from the region or from its own kitchen garden, and a private spring supplies the hotel and garden with top-quality, mineral-rich drinking water.
The surrounding countryside is perfect for hiking, gathering herbs and swimming in the hotel's own lake. The Saar-Hunsrück Climb runs right through the grounds of the Neumühle, providing access to a good number of hiking trails. The location - very close to a major European nodal point in the border area between Saar, Lorraine and Luxembourg - offers a variety of destinations.
