The ticket office closes/Last admission 1 hour before closing time every day.
Important information:
• Dogs and other animals are not allowed on the treetop walk. Exception: Disabled companion and assistance dogs.
• Tickets for the treetop walk can be purchased up to 1 hour before
closing.
Last admission 1 hour before closing!
• The treetop walk may be closed in extremely bad weather conditions (thunderstorms, hail, storm, ice).
• The walk is open when it rains, and it is cleared of any snow in winter.
• Children under the age of 14 need to be accompanied by an adult.
• You are not allowed to use the walk on inline skates, skateboards, city scooters or bicycles for safety reasons.
