The ticket office closes/Last admission 1 hour before closing time every day.
Ticket office and admission hours:
• Tickets for the treetop walk can be purchased up to 1 hour before closing.
• You can access the walk until that time.
• The treetop walk may be closed in extremely bad weather conditions (thunderstorms, hail, storm, ice).

• Children under the age of 6 must be accompanied by an adult
• The slide may be closed or close at short notice in rain, snow, high humidity or bad weather
• The slide is closed during the winter months
